:idea: with some people wanting a world reset why not make a world 12 but have world 11 still playable so people don't lose there progress. mabby have world 12 only excusable to verified accounts but ild rather have it axes able to everyone. :idea:

Devs have stated multiple times in the past this isn't going to happen. There just aren't enough players or staff to support it. Add to that it is an alpha game with frequent updates and mechanics that are subject to change at need. Sometimes those changes require a complete server reset.

tbh the new rendering rewrite might cause a reset, and as DD has said splitting the community will kill this game.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

Because in the new world all the people that would come back will quit once they experience loss again.

I experienced loss once... jorb deleted my character. I haven't played the same since.

People need to quit this habit. Loss is a part of the game. Plan for it, expect it.

Most biggest issue I found amount those who left and wait for reset is: either stuff in real life (can't do anything'bout that) or "Mr. biggest issue"
Im mister far behind in quality i cant compete so i will wait for new world so i can again lost rat race and wait for yet another world and i blame bots or no lifes

Around 130~ Kin list and traveling this world, I see most people I met have their heartfires in abandoned bases and even if I catch them there on on forum, I hear all the same boring excuse "far behind with Q", "Big boys have 1,5k Q" or "It is no fun starting so far in the world, I bet reset is coming soon" and etc., etc., barely anyone of them died, since if You have enough experience it is very hard to die without other player interference.

100% the problem is bots. I joined the world late and I'm still playing, but I'm just enjoying what the world offers and exploring ruins until the next reset happens. Even then I doubt I will ever take this game as seriously as I have in the past because of how lax the approach to bots are. There are too many bot villages in the world now to justify even attempting to take part in the quality race. It is straight up impossible to keep up with or overtake bots without also using one.

Bots are also the reason nobody can catch up to the stats of the leading players. They have bot farms of food and pepper meaning if one of them died they literally just feast and they're back to where they were in a week. Something that would take the average player months of work to do.

This game either has to be taken seriously like a career or you have to just not give the slightest of a fuck about it at all and there is no in between gap for most to really enjoy the game without hitting the "see you next world" rage quit. While Bots exist, with the exception of irl things and people just getting bored, the "see you next world" rage quite will never go away.

BUT, I would never want the game to go closed source while the default client still misses so many features that just make the game so much nicer to play. Open source can't exist without bots, and the devs fail to acknowledge the reason so many people use alternative clients to play the game is because the default client is just shit.
