Beesting points should scale with bee skep quality

Higher quality bee skep, more points of beesting per beesting. It was a shame to see our bees gained no lethality from low quality q10 bees to much higher quality bees. They deserve a fighting chance too.

As a sideline beekeeper, I fully support no beestings.
