More basic materials in caves

I've recently started playing again and because the world is so far along and I have no chance to catch up, I've decided to try to do a pure cave hermit run.

Problem is there are a few basic materials that can't be be found in caves, so I have to cheat and gather materials before I head underground- string, branches, boughs, and a wax equivalent.

My suggestion is that Witherstands should give a single bough and a small number of sticks, and that Cave Bulbs have an alternate use as a Candleberry equivalent. I have no idea what to do about string in caves.

Heh, interesting. Perhaps cave life should be better supported. Wouldn't mind a fungus that could be grown, or w/e.
