This new hat looks much better on the ground than on your head, ;p, I wish you could drop them and they stayed there forever (if not interacted with) rather than despawning after a certain amount of time.

why dont you add that as a suggestion, you could simply have a creature like in dota that follows the player around. It doesnt actually do anything, cant get in your way, its just there as a pet. Could even be a premium item thats sold in the shop.

I agree that devs could probably make a lot more money with cosmetics.
Ravens or other birds on your shoulder and stuff.

But fix the game first!
