Hi, thinking at the actual combat system, i came up to some ideas about it that may diversify how players fight.
I think that for making combat interesting, players should ideally "choose" between different styles, and with the actual system, the best way is to give the possibility of changing the moves output.
I think then, that having gildings that gives bonuses to specific combat moves (in any form, but may be better to try with things that makes the move a bit different, so not direct stat bonuses) can be a good way to do that; this opens to the chance of giving direct bonuses to weapons and armors too by the single move.
I hope also that devs will make archery a bit more interesting and not a thing that's just not worth to have, as at this time archery is basically a worthless skill: is far more easy to go with melee combat, more viable too as the new dungeons feature is barred from archers, so why not create a set of moves for archers, simply with a cooldown to use?
