hood down/hidden hat

dont care if its been suggested before, im bringing it up again.

i want to be able to lower the hood on my capes, and/or wear a hat underneath. i don't believe its fair that all of these capes are useless compared to other shit because they take up 2 equipment slots.

I dont think it is something needed. For example, if you dont want bear cape, make uourself A bear cloak with diffrent stats. I am all for lynx cloak tho.

And if you'd bother searching instead of just posting, you'd read that some of this is wanted, but it's a matter of time--time for ONE coder to code it and time for ONE artist to create the designs and assets. There's hundreds of other things that are of higher priority, I think.

And jorb doesn't ignore threads. He reads them, but sometimes it's not so often when it comes to C&I. If it looks like he's ignoring your thread, maybe improve the idea or give up on it.
