Custom imagery for great halls

There's space on the front of the great hall for custom imagery, maybe. It might look good, and would allow us to mark some of our meeting places with appropriate symbols.

+1. though i'd argue that a unique trading building would be better, i know that jorbtar dont want to add new buildings right now.
