Since quicksilver globes are the new OP curio and felt has few uses, spending 12 dried hides for a single felt cloth - along with 0.25 L of quicksilver - is too much.
Decrease the quantity of hides needed so that it can become a viable source of cloth for early game.

Don't forget making felt also can cause you to be poisoned, nothing like high cost and a debuff for the sake of pretty colors.
