The first thing i´m not sure, what kind of game do we have here :
A: A survival PVP game with Permadeath(light), politics, economy, industry...
B: A grindy farmville clone with PVE and some Bad guys you should avoid
C: A Sandbox for bots.

why dont we get more from this cool stuff bring back PVP
-why can we build the monuments for the Kingdom buffs in our save home? they should be like local resources spread over the map and if a kingdom covers it with his border it can use its power.
If claimed with Pclaim the claim should never get any presence if claimed with Vclaim it should drain a drastic amount of authority so its an expensive thing to maintain with a bot
(the same should be done for local resources)
-why dont we have a central super grid dark cruel and corrupted where no man can build but alot of fine resources can be found scaling upwards to the middle of the map also they should scale up in quality as time goes by and be essencial for Endgame industry.
Death in this land means death no mercy, no log out or hearth home.
-why do we need to grind 4 hours a day to fill 10 cupboards with meatpies to stay in a competitiv stance for PVP remove the hunger modifier or bring back statcap. (troll needs enemies not hats)
-regarding local resources and insta grabing bots on cd: there could be something like "the Spirit of the ancient windthrow" asking you to bring item x in exchange for a root the other idea is when it refills let a bunch of snails or whatever spawn
