new animal trait (docile / defiant)

Postby viznew » Sun Jun 24, 2018 2:30 am

slider bar with one marker that slide back and forth between docile and defiant

mostly breeding will effect it but say long term negelct can also change it slowly defiant and daily contact with herthling and good care goes more docile

75% towards docile animal with move near / kinda follow owner and lesser extent any hearthling, faster milking/ shearing

75% towards defiant animal will move away from hearthling and owners to lesser extent then non owners, slowwer milking / shearing

in middle normal current animal

max docile very small q boost to things it produces / slightly better stam for horses
max defiant likly to run away and not stop unless leashed slighty lowwer q stuff and less stam for horse

(i just thought about it would prob cause huge lag issues and its pay off is not super great lol but ima post anyways)

so. you want animals to be MORE dickish? animals already GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BOX YOU IN ANY CHANCE THEY GET. why do you want them to piss us off even more?
Newbie and noob do not mean the same thing.

Neither do figuratively and literally.

I kinda like it. More stuff to make animals feel more alive is nice.
Total misplay.

what if animals are born with some rare personallity traits based off the slider bar, if your lucky enough to get a trait is perminet and cant be breed into others is a chance thing based off slider bar whsn animal is born

max docile produces a freindly animal (no need to leash just click follow and it will walk with ya)

high docile produces sweet animal trait which chould be short follow period

various traits in between

high defiant produces mean animal trait it will most the time atk what ever owner atks

max defiant produces hostile animal high chance to atk hearthling and slightly lowwer chance to atk lifestock

lol my weak attempt to make idea better lol but basicly a rare trait that provides a little bit of personality to animals is what i was trying to portray my ideas not super great but the idea is there
