Please make quest givers not claimable, and declaim any that currently are. It's bad enough trying to get credos done without having to drop quest simple because some jerk claims and walled quest givers.

Yeah sure declaim my entire base just because quest giver was spawned inside :^

Very simple - make questgiver disappear or migrate if it was claimed.
