Equipment Recycling

Nowadays, many low quality equipments and infrastructures has been abandoned. There is two reason for this: one is that the high quality equips/infras have a infinite durability, so low quaility items no longer needed anymore once high Q goods acquired.

Second reason is no one want to buy a low quality items because the world is maintained for long duration, so even noobs can have mid quality items very easily. These things make low quality items even more useless. For example, there are so many low Q items on the CF that are not sold to anyone.

So, I'd like to suggest a recycling system - it's very common idea, we can recycling items to get it's some portion - like 1/3 or 1/4, whatever. even 1/10, it's very useful to revive such low quality items. This system will help make the economy system run smoothly.
