Gardening medicinal herbs

Would it be too unbalanced to allow us to garden camomile and waybroad and such if we have the gardener credo?

As per forage thread: Every flower should be plantable in garden pot.

All good medical herbs should be only gatherable outside (minus yarrows) so people don't lock themself and have a reason to keep foraging.

why does it matters ?
People who stay inside their gate will fall behind a ton because of quests.
That's the reason quests were introduced in the first place iirc.

Say a hermit has very low HHP because of wounds that need camomile compress. Going out to forage for camomile could kill them. Animals and such on the way to the nearest swamp, or leeches/midges in the swamp. Quests were added more to reward exploration I think, because many did not explore.
