Although I'd prefer the ability to make your own, cash shops signs could work. Devs need to eat and this would be relatively non-invasive way of further monetizing the game. I'd presume it would be tied to owners account and and return to HF if destroyed. I'd make it passable like Village banner but it should be destroy-able to prevent blocking building sites and such. Bonus points if Hearthling places the sign down like that robot who has already been posted.
