bump. make it so murderous rage deals 20% griev but the user also takes 20% griev.
as of right now NOBODY will use murderous rage because you get a chance of killing the opponent while youre a guarunteed kill if they down you.

I think it's good for the downside to be worse for the aggressor, because the aggressor is usually in a much better position otherwise.
