Using presents as chests

Could we use present boxes like chests? It would be cute to be able to put presents under pine trees during the holiday season.

The problem is that, being normal droppable items, you could place a million of them in one and the same place.

Simple solution, crafted inventory version of a gift box and a crafted gob version of a gift box that has a hit box and is place-able. Can even make the cloth variable to determine the gift wrapping color.

For added bonus, small medium and large crafted boxes with varying inventories and all you have to do is change the amount of cloth and string.

Make an object that looks like a present. Liftable. You can put things there and finish it by selecting "wrap". When you "unwrap" it, everything inside the present goes to the ground :D

isnt this sort of how clay pots are currently now with the kiln. Couldnt we have something similar added to this idea? obviously i dont know the deeper mechanics how how and why the pots work the way they do, just a suggestion.
