Wheelbarrow Quality of Life improvement

Would is be possible to allow wheelbarrows to fetch the contents out of buildings like Tarkilns, compost bins, Smelter, finery forge? i like the idea of tar kilns but the thought of mass producing them for coal gives me nightmares from the amount of time to empty each one.
