based off a recent bug post
when make wagon and knarr stealth and preception plays a factor and has a vaule towards finished wagon
any one with stealth lowwer then the vaule has normal options but anyone higher gets a stow away option (unrelated to capacity so there can be only be one stowaway to limit overloading)
stow away basicly makes them hidden unless someone with high enough perception loads up then stowaway its immediately spotted
