Building visualization improvement.

Let us place an item inside the building UI (Like the display sign) so we could see the entire building with the materials we got before even starting building.

This would be better than the current arcane implementation of holding the material +1. Just make UI say preview on it so it's obvious what it does

How about, while the building window is open, rendering the building according to the materials already built in (instead of the sign etc)?
