New Experience Event: Cooking with Onions

Had a thought just now. Add an experience event that activates when cooking a dish with onions, something about onions making you cry. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of cooking experience events, so I thought it would be a fun thing to add.

Only if you get a debuff that lowers your cooking by base 10 * quality multiplier of the onion for several minutes, and there's a crying animation to go with it.
