Redo it.
Needs more Bulk.
should look like the fur cloak.
Add the hoodie.
R1 added the hood on, R2 takes the hood off.
When hood is on just hide hats.

i actually agree in that my disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined when i equipped the parka for the first time. it was not as i anticipated it to be.
