[Critique] Tar kiln

Simply allow tar kilns to be built on any terrain.
Also allow them to be built on a bit of a slope.

Only being able to build them on paving/grass makes no sense. also looks very unnatural.
Normally tar kilns are built on sides of hills and small inclines.

They, just like eg. houses, are buildable on most terrains considered "smooth enough to support construction", including such things as grasslands and stomped dirt.

you caught me before I added "planted grass". as that's what I ended up doing.
I originally didn't want to ruin the forest bio I was building on with such a blemish.

bazaar earlier it was not working on a area I flatten out.
Tested again and it worked.

Still I dislike not being able to just build it where ever.

same with the kiln, bunny hutch and chicken coop.
