let us use charters when outlaw

or let us trespass and finish roads without turn on the criminal
same with rare resources

charter could cost x2 weariness when outlaw

waiting 2-6 real days after mistake or necessity - SUCKS

Just don't make mistakes then. Otherwise, there's no real punishment in being an outlaw.

Isn't it simplier to just not fuck it up with running everywhere with criminal acts turned on and they "ohhhh nooo, i did a crime...."

Your idea is just simply that: "Instead of me watching myself next time, let's make it as QoL thread, because I don't want to pay for my mistakes".

Maybe if You would put it differently I might react other way.

just turn on criminal to trespass and turn it off every 10 sec when u questing with claimed roads
just dont touch ur road if someone expand claim on it somewhere
just dont pick salt if it under village claim
just not finish roads to make it usable in both directions
just dont touch wild animal if it dies on claim

I do only if I claimed and secured the area. (or be like others and use vandal alt)
Just don't. That's easy. You're questing anyway! D:
You don't have to finish it to travel both ways, waylaid is perfect buff.
Shame on You, letting it die on claimed land. (this one should be fixed)

tbh i think the intended effect of this mechanic was far far far missed. assuming it is "preventing people from jumping around and "hearthvaulting" as they used to be able to"

it's just a nuisance and i think the penalty to being a criminal should be a lot more meaningful than "I need to use my alt to travel around in my stead."

Would it be too confusing/hassle if you would have alternative Criminal Acts toggle that only allows you to leave trespass scents?

Yes because having a criminal acts on hotkey so You just literaly do 2 button clicks in a second is too much a hasstle.
