Trace Claim bonds

Am I the only person who thinks there should be some kind of Hearth Magic which allows you to trace the location of a claim when you find a claim bond?

It would ruin the fun of searching for such claim! (maybe graphical distinction for underground ones)

Fun of searching claim from the whole hearthlands?
Going over all claims in hearthlands takes probably months by horse, if not more.

I somewhat agree that there should be way of knowing which bonds belongs to which claim though. Like ability to track the claim. (larger the claim, easier it is to track)

No, this idea was mentioned before.
I think making claim bonds traceable would be pointless, as the you will simply would stop finding them. In the case you get access to whatever secure location the valuable bomds are stored then usually you already have a pretty good idea where they go to. And in the case of claim bonds randomly fished out of junk people will simply stop throwing them away, as they will have actual reason not to.

Meh, no. There was a reason why this was removed from claim itself.

This has been brought up multiple times, and the argument against it, which I agree with, is that it is reasonable that you don't know where a claim is just because you happened to find a bond, and that you shouldn't necessarily be able to easily find that out, this also being a reasonable protection for someone who accidentally dropped his bond.

If anything, I would perhaps be less opposed to making it so that you can recognize the owner of a bond if you have him/her memorized.

I'm not saying it should be easy. Make it work like tracking or prospecting so that you have to use it multiple times...except each time you use it, it costs experience points. If this bond I've found was accidentally dropped, I would expect the owner would be happy to have it back. On the other hand, if he intentionally abandoned the claim, why shouldnt I be able to find it and take it over?
