Its probably can give
1.significant increase build speed
2.Faster make boards
3.Less stamina drain when build
4.Less stamina drain when terraforming
5.New building recipe(Like "Brick mansion" we have brick around 9 years but cant build brick buildings )

I find it unlikely that the devs will spend time making new house models with their aspiration to make freeform housing a thing at some point.

-Can carve obelisks from standing stone pillars.
