Kingdom buffs toggle

I know this is extremely niche and most likely would never be implemented, but it never hurts to try, eh?

I would like to be able to turn off kingdom buffs, a simple on/off switch of sorts. I like to do "speedruns" once in a while, where i try to get boat and claim up as soon as possible, but it takes quite some time to get a spawn without kingdoms or without OP early game buffs inside of them.

Again, i know almost nobody will be using it, but i don't see any immidiate harm in it and i would imagine it is pretty easy to implement.
