Instead of such a suggestion, I think addressing the bigger problem would be better than some idea that doesn't really fix the issue.

YOU WILL GET FARTS AND DIAOHRREA if you eat lots of cheese or drink water that is not from a well, farts gives a MC and UA buff of 30, becuz enemies smell your farts and get distracted, -30 stealth because of the smell, and -30 charisma. and it scales depending on quality of water or cheese.
