Allow Wine Bottle to be put into belt

I don't see a reason why a bottle cannot be put into belt, it's a liquid container same way as Waterflask

And maybe re-name it into Glass Bottle if it can store any liquid and make exclusive wine bottle symbel or just bigger capacity for wine.

Alternatively make it possible to put wine in a water skin, but make it change to vinegar over time if stored in the skin.

Eh, wine bottle is fragile in terms of 'muh immersion.' I dont mind that vinegar thing tho
