The Scent of a Key

I have a big collection of keys that I don't have any idea what they are for. How would people feel about a Hearth Magic that takes a key in your inventory, and generates a scent leading to the closest structure in the world that key unlocks? (If there is no structure, the key could crumble into dust and refund the EXP) I ask because my keys have mostly come from fishing and flotsam, but this addition would have more impact for keys stolen from the bodies of other hearthlings.

While the legitimate uses seems to be reasonable at first glance, yours seem to stem from more... shady... sources.

I'm leaning more toward the view that the game shouldn't offer this ability, it would make some things way too easy.

I like the idea but agree with Granger.
Perhaps this could work only if you (The toon) created the key? But then there is the ability to name them already and once I realized that, I just created a system of letter nomenclature for naming them...

also key ring is is way too small , for some reason i have a

and 9 rings ? realy ?

and this is not even what have seen , about 120key on one single ring , and the dude knows well which one , where from.
