how so? it's a great idea. because infinite stat cap is only great for single player, since it becomes pointless to catch up with others if you decide to watch new series for 2 weeks and single stat cap is also only good for single player since once you reached it, there's no point of playing.
But increasing stat cap would bring people together into nations fight each other stack up food and stuff for next update and see where will be next level so called finishing line even though there will be many finishing lines and what will it bring.
Since with increasing stat cap it can also bring a possibility with end game content, since with infinite stat cap that is now impposible, since how can you add end game content when the game stats cap is infinite that makes no sense.
Also with every new world the level would reset back to as low as devs would want it to be and with every update they can raise it by how much they want, it doesn't have to be round numbers like 10, 40 or 100 it migth as well be 39, 69 or 88. It's up to them to take on thise great idea and see how it will work out for them and if it fails then they can always go back to their already failing infinite stat cap, since it's only good for bots. Because neither a single number stat cap or infinite stat cap is working. so why not inovate and start new world with increasing stat cap. so players could catch up unite and make pvp more reasonable, rather than a bot with 1000 stats in a month vs a player with 300 stats in a 3 months.
