Grand List of Curio, Forageable, Flora, Crop, Medicine and Plant Suggestions.


Not sure if we can get something like this stickied. Maybe we can all sorta format new posts and additions that include suggestions the same way.
I will be updating this as I think of new things to add.



PLANTS -


Jerusalem Artichoke, Sunroot, Sunchoke - Flower Curio, Edible Tuber

Can be potted or cultivatable? Picking gives a random amount of tubers and flowers.


Asparagus, Sparrow Grass - Flower Curio, Toxic Berries, Edible Stock

Can be potted or cultivatable? Picking gives multiple stocks, chance of berries for use in various crafts.


Wild Fennel - Flower Curio, Seeds Pods (spice), Edible Bulb

Can be potted or cultivatable? Bulb is edible. Seed Pods contain seeds that can be used for spice.


Thistle - Big Flower Curio, Puffed Seeding Flower curio, Artichoke (edible)(dryable - tea)

Can be potted or cultivatable? Puffed and Artichoke stages can be rarer maybe? Artichoke can be cleaned or boiled for food, or dried to make tea leaves.


Chicory - Flower curio, Root (dryable - edible/tea/spice)(boil)(press)

Can be potted or cultivatable? Dried root can be eaten, boiled for tea, ground for spice. Fresh root can be boiled for inulin sweetener, another spice. Fresh root can be pressed for medicinal extract.


Watercress - Flower curio, Leaves (edible)

Wild leafy greens. Edible leaf, grows in shallow water and swamp.


Prickly Pear Cactus - Flower Curio, Needles, Fruits (edible)

Fruits can be picked but may give wound. Must clean fruit before eating with sharp tool. Fruit is edible or can be processed for wound treatment and dye.


Dragon Lilly, Black Arum, Voodoo Lily - Giant Rare Flower Curio

Gives a wound when picking that is a charisma debuff due to its horrible stench. Maybe it attracts midges?


Devil's Tooth - Rare Fungus Curio

Grotesque, bloody looking mushroom that is not poison but not edible.


Chaga - Rare Fungus Medicine

Only grows on birch trees. Extremely medicinal fungus for wound treatments.


Arugula, Rocket - Flower Curio, Seed Pod (press), Leaves (edible)

Can be potted or cultivatable? Wild leafy greens. Edible Leaf. Seeds can be pressed to make oil. Pressed seeds can be animal feed. Oil must be aged before becoming edible.


Wild Mustard - Flower Curio, Seed Pod, Leaves (edible)

Can be potted or cultivatable? Wild leafy greens. Edible lead. Seeds can be dried to make spice. Seeds can be pressed to make oil. Oil is medicine.


Sage - Flower Curio, Leaves (spice)

Sage is picked as spice. Can be dried for tea. Boiled fresh and then aged to get sage oil. Oil is medicine.


Sphagnum - Bat Guano Jr.

Rarely found in swamps. Used in planters pots like bat guano but not as effective.







FORAGEABLES -


Sea Urchin - Curio, Needles, Food

Washes up on shores. Can be studied or broken down for chance to get needles, chitin and sometimes the fresh edible meat.


Starfish - Curio

Washes up on shores.


Sea Glass - Semi-rare Curio, Jewelry

Maybe comes in different colours of varying rareness. Can be used for low level necklaces or curio crafting.


Petrified Wood - Curio, Rare Stone

Rarely found in swamps. Can be studied or used as a fun rare stone colour in buildings.


Ambergris - Curio

Super rare curio found floating in ocean.


Glow Worm - Curio, Bait

Common cave curio.


Praying Mantis - Curio, Bait

Rare insect curio.


Engorged Tick - Curio

Found rarely when skinning animals, especially deer.


Shimmering Scale - Curio, Jewelry

Found rarely when skinning cave angler or filleting fish. Studied or made in to jewelry.


Amber Fossil - Curio, Jewelry

Found very rarely when mining in amber node. Can be studied or made in to jewelry.
