huge ass dragon, extremely difficult, to kill gets harder to kill the more time passes from world start or the more hearthlings die or something. Only one exists lives in the deepest cave level maybe in a dungeon, the loot can be curios or something not terrible game breaking or just a skull or something for braggin rights.
