Magic Sling Rock

So you can use a sling with a shield and i have been experimenting with a build for a melee/MM build incorporating sling and shield use but i have hit a crossroads(apart from fact that MM is objectively aweful) I run out of stones very quickly. What if there was a chance to get a magic "Boomerang Stone" that you could get from a quest, which would return to you everytime you use it, effectively giving a sling infinite ammo. It may make the build useable and it sounds dope and it would certainly help the serious issue of how weak MM is.

I could agree to craft the ammo from stones and a pouch that works similar to the quiver.
