It's really not that expensive or time consuming to make. Not getting sores is as simple as not going into swamps with open wounds.

they should make the soap and the fat pieces require 2 pieces of their ingredient, rather than 3 pieces, this way it will be more reasonable to actually craft it.

Summary=
27 animal meat

result 3 infected sore healed. this is clearly a developer troll of a healing item.

Completely broken, considering as unhealable as nerve damage ancient root required.

Infected sores will heal on their own. I wouldn't bother with soap unless you're very short of HHP. (I use them to cheaply and quickly heal up other wounds that can take days or weeks to heal with normal medicine.)
