Localized Resources timer

Curent respawn time of localized resources make boting necesary to get them. I propose to modify timer so it wont show time anymore. Plus add +/- 25% time to curent set timers ( that will change with every respawn of resources).

Randomizing them and making the time until they spawn more elusive would help a bit. I also feel like unclaimed resources should not allow hearthfires to be built or people to log back in next to them within like 100 tiles.

What devs think: Knowing the exact time will cause players to make cool big battles over localized resources.

What really happens: People make alts and bots to collect them at right times.
