Hearth Magic - Blessing of Ægir

1 - Allow the crafting of a bronze nameplate for our ships that will reveal the name of the ship (Like reading a sign) upon inspection. Also adds Bronze plate to the ship art. Usable on all crafts above dugout.
2 - For ships bearing a plate of this type, the hearth magic "Blessing of Ægir" can be used, granting greater maximum durability of the ship and a slight boost to water-based fishing/foraging performed while in the ship, as well as perhaps a slight speed boost?
3 - Destroying a boat so named will bestow a debuff "Ægir's Ire" which will enhance the damage to any boat used while someone with this debuff is in it, and qualities on all water based foraging/fishing will be reduced for the duration.
