Have you looked at what has been added to the standard client recently? They're starting to cave... a little bit.

I feel like marking every single cave you've seen in the entire game would clog up the map list extremely quickly, and having to go through and remove every cave that gets added sounds horrible. I think it's fine that we, at present, can just add custom markers for caves that we want to remember.

The ability to select from a list of symbols instead of just colours for custom map icons would indeed be dope. On this we can agree.
