A convenience device like the milling machine, that can be loaded with wheelbarrels full of Pumpkins, then let you collect seeds from one end and flesh from the other. Applying a barrel or trough to the flesh output would directly convert it to swill. Logically this should probably be inside the windmill to provide power, but having to carry wheelbarrels through the door is awkward. Maybe require it to be built outside right next to a windmill?
Also, my graphics card died, so I've been playing on an old laptop that's only really good for refreshing my tanning tubs. ASCII-based haven would be nice.
