Im not sure how good its the actual "new system" for symbel. What if it changes to "If your highest base attribute is lower than, or equal to, the total quality of the symbel on the table, you get the full effect of all the symbel item, and otherwise the effect of the items diminishes the higher your highest base attribute is above the total quality of the symbel".
That way you are nerfing the symbel, but probably for late game and not... the whole game?
