Allow us to bolt/screw/glue symbel to the table

Villagers keep stealing the symbel from the public table. There should be a way to attach them to the table so they could not be taken away.

If your villagers are stealing from you, you might want to reconsider who you have around.

I stole at least ten sets of silverware from my university. Still use them.
