Should Potter's Clay softcap or affected by Potter's Wheel?

Last world, Jorb tried to change Potter's Clay to softcap instead of being affected by the Potter's Wheel. If he wants to try it this world, he needs to change it quickly before people gain Potter Credo. Well some people probably have it already but it shouldn't have made that big of a difference yet.

The main culprit was rock crystal , if you nerf rock crystal potter's wheel is less of a problem

as long as you're not hardcaping , crystal q = metal axe q which is higher than slag
