Fix some foragables only showing up in one biome(eg. chives)

My first credo quest requires me to take a boat to another continent to pick a chive, as there's no sombre bramble on the southern continent (except ONE extremely tiny patch to the east but that's just as hard to reach)
A babby hermit like me can't afford a knarr, or to retry a credo.

Do yall think this is unbalanced or just unlucky?

Unlucky, devs should attempt to remove some rng to prevent things like these.

Chives can absolutely 100% spawn on the western half of the southern continent
