Salt rework

As salt became completely useless and worthless in this world, can we speak about it's reworking?
Hunger system is a big problem for gaming and i hope it will be removed soon, so the question 'what should we do with salt' will be actual.

The idea is return 125% satiations for salt, and make it so that eating salt will give you +25% of satiations for random satiation, with cap of 125%, or just only satiation for all food groups 'food'. That buff should slowly decay over time.

salt shouldnt be a static resource. it should be collected form ground deposits or via processing seawater.

Salt could also potentially be converted into a spice that impacts the FEP/satiation/whatever of a food it's added to. Probably more than 1 use per collection but still.

Still possible we keep the hunger system and decouple it from energy though, so salt might be fine where it is with tweaks.
