Hunger and satiations revamp idea

Some people are upset about long satiations, and hunger system is like: don't play for days or grind boring quests.

So, here is the proposal of some revamp to food system.
1) Hunger bar is no longer fep bonus (penalty?). It has two states: normal and famished. In normal state food gives feps and satiation like it normally would. In famished state the satiations you will still get won't penalize you at all while filling hunger bar to normal level by some % per food eaten. The famished state accumulates for some time like full bar in a week. For edge cases: if the player have like 5% famished from not eatin for several RL hours, and the food eaten shoud give 10% to hunger bar then it still will apply satiation penalties. Existing hunger values on food must be revised of course.
2) There should be no way of speeding this process up. Hunger modifiers from cutlery can be translated into satiation modifiers that decrease the amount (not chances) of satiation gain from eating. Stomach relieving quests will reset satiations instead (maybe one or two specific satiations per quest).

This system is nor punishing for playing alot or doesn't like to grind quests while still giving reasonable bonus to players that are not so invested in the game. Neither it gives super bonuses that would make players play less waiting for famished state.
