Cave "too close to entrance"

I think this needs to be increased a few tiles to make someone just ducking into a cave unlikely to get wholloped by a cave in if decay suddenly catches up and collapses one or more supports.

As someone who lives in a mountainous region and can't take a step without seeing a cave entrance, I'd never get any mining done.

We're talking about taking the 11x11 area, I think it is (I counted, and now forget what I counted) to say 15x15 or so so that people just don't randomly get KO'd.

I've been through the mountains. It's not that big a deal, and certainly not asking for the 51x51 it was in legacy.

Alternatively we could restrict cave-in propegation so it doesn't fully land on the entrance.

That would probably be a better solution, actually, if reasonably done on the server.

that's definitely better, if the amount of inderstructible tiles was bigger it could prevent someone from mining a tile they really want to mine out
