Tame Wolf to Dog?

We have so many cool animals to tame but what about dogs! They evolved from our ancestors taming wolves!

Just think it would be neat and add a new aspect of gameplay to have dog companions that you could take on hunts with you and maybe they could track wild game?

Idk just an idea!

So, to be fair, I went and looked up "dog" in the search function. "No results found", but wolf shows up plenty. No matter how many times I tinkered with it, dog wouldn't show up.

Pretty sure it's because it won't match words 3 letters or shorter. Even if OP searched probably wouldn't have known this and saw no posts on the topic.

Yeah, pets are a new thing to programe (colluision or not?) and that would be a most welcom update (and I got to many hats btw).
