Turnips should give leaves

Turnips are a waste of field space at the moment IMO. They could be used in some niche foods, but without the additional leaf harvest per tile beetroots win out every time

Maybe just raise their fodder amount a little to compensate for the missing leafs?

That could work. Very least, it buff them a little in a reasonable way.
