So why you need a C&I thread? Maybe try D&T to do this.

Plenty of Vikings did the island life thing, too.

the vikings traded as far as the Mediterranean wnd its speculated they explored parts of the us and made it all the way to montana or wisconsin. i remember reading about a stone that was dug up that had germanic runes carved onto it.

so its entierly possible they visited some tropical isles.

Jessica Rabbit dresses don't fit the setting either but they're in the game along with Japanese lucky cats, roman togas, top hats, hookahs, jack o' lanterns and hues of wood you'd normally only see in a Disney movie.

I hadn't read about anything past Nova Scotia where they had found artifacts that were definitely Viking in origin, but I haven't stayed up on it, either. They were the intrepid explorers, almost as much as the Polynesian peoples in the Pacific.

Pretty sure the Germanic seafaring people were trading with parts of north Africa by the time the Romans were controlling the region? Doesn't get more tropical than that without going to Polynesian lore.
