Kebab rolls

I dont want to spoil the fun for everyone but i saw that kebab roll is done with 8 meats. In reality the kebab roll is done by stacking layers of meat grind and fat grind on top of each other. So maybe 4 meat and 2 fat cuts or 6 meat and 1 fat cuts is more like it.
