Fix Windmills Flower chute

Quite simply one should be able to place a barrel in a spot next to the grindstone and have the grindstone output its flour into the barrel.

VS just dumping it all over the damn the floor that should only happen if there is no barrel present on the output tile or if the barrel is full.

Do you want ratshit in your flour? Cause thats how you get ratshit in your flour.
